This Privacy Policy explains how MannMechanics processes personal data in connection with the MannMechanics framework, methodology, research, education, consulting, implementation guidance, and licensing discussions.

MannMechanics operates as a framework and methodology body only.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to MannCert or to any certification, audit, registry, compliance determination, enforcement activity, or standard governance function. MannCert operates independently and is governed by its own legal documentation.

We are committed to processing personal data lawfully, transparently, proportionately, and securely in accordance with applicable data protection law.

MannMechanics processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

·       Validate or verify implementations

Any certification, verification, registry, audit, enforcement, or revocation activity falls exclusively under MannCert and is governed by separate documentation.

5. Categories of Personal Data Processed

MannMechanics processes only data necessary for its framework and advisory role, including:

a. Identity and Professional Data

Name, professional title, organisation, business contact details.

b. Communications Data

Emails, messages, meeting notes, briefing materials, and correspondence.

c. Contractual and Licensing Discussion Data

Designated contacts, authority confirmations, licensing correspondence, and records of engagement.

IP address, device and browser information, access logs, timestamps, and security related data.

MannMechanics does not process certification data, audit outcomes, compliance ratings, enforcement records, or registry listings.

·       Automatically through website and platform usage
