PDM Personal Edition - Reference Simulator

This is the full engineering simulator for the Progressive Depletion Minting control mechanism. It reproduces the exact StepPDM function from the Go reference codebase (v1.0.1) with configurable parameters, six telemetry profiles, SHA-256 audit chain verification, and full trace data export.
